Management Team Profiles

Dr. Enos G. Massie is the President & CEO of Massie & Associates. She is a graduate of the combined Ph.D. program in Social Work and Psychology at the University of Michigan. This program is the top rated social work program in the country due to its blend of research and practice. Dr. Massie also holds Master of Art Degrees in Social Work and Psychology, both from the University of Michigan. She has worked as a program evaluator at Eastern Michigan University and as a consultant for various evaluation projects. Dr. Massie has twenty-two years of experience in designing and implementing surveys and focus groups for numerous organizations.

Mr. Mark A. Massie is the Vice-President and CFO of Massie & Associates. Mr. Massie holds a Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Finance and Operations Research and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology both from Eastern Michigan University. He has approximately nineteen years of business and engineering experience from Massie & Associates, Ford Motor Company, Saturn Corporation, and General Motors Corporation. Mr. Massie successfully integrates the principles of business and industrial engineering with research and evaluation methodology. As a result of this combined experience, Massie & Associates has an outstanding reputation in the areas of cost containment, timely reporting, and project management.
